A comfortable and friendly stay with great hospitality and useful local tips.

The apartment was clean, ready earlier than expected, and had everything we needed. We really appreciated the warm welcome — the host explained where to find nearby restaurants and the beach, and even gave us a card for free parking near the closest beach. The balcony had a nice view, and overall it was a very comfortable stay.

There was some unpleasant smell in the toilet room, but after we notified the host, it was quickly fixed. Also, noise from neighboring apartments was quite noticeable at times.

Next time we would stay longer because its a very good place to visit from there different places and you have enough and easy parking space. The price is absolutely great for what you get and more than fair! Listen to the host and go to visit Bale, it was a really lovely town :) Thank you and see you next time! 🤗

Amazing place to stay!

Everything was perfect from the beginning till the end. A lovely and quiet place which is close to the town of Rovinj (less than 15 minutes by car), the town of Poreç is at approximately 30 minutes. Guest House Maxi is very well indicated on the GPS, the place is easy to find and to get access to. There are several safe parking places on site just in front of the house. Also, there are many beaches (not crowded) from the house by only driving a few minutes. Danijel is an incredibly welcoming and warm person, promptly responsive to any questions. We appreciated very much the flexibility offered by the house (came by car from Belgium, never know what might happen on the road, we had the option to cancel our booking till the very last minute). Definitely the place to book and I will come back for sure. Once again, thanks a lot for your great hospitality Danijel!

Boravak u objektu je bio izvanredan! Sve je bilo izuzetno čisto, uredno i ugodno. Smještaj je u potpunosti ispunio moja očekivanja. Vlasnica je bila izuzetno ljubazna, topla i susretljiva – za svaku pohvalu. Lokacija je mirna, idealna za odmor, šetnje,trčanje,, vožnju bicikla i boravak u prirodi. Savršen izbor za pobjeći od gužve i opustiti se u tišini i zelenilu. Sigurno se vraćam ponovo. Iskrene preporuke svima!

Sehr schöne Unterkunft für die Durchreise

Wir erreichten die Unterkunft am frühen Nachmittag. Sie liegt etwas abseits, ist aber gut zu erreichen. Nach kurzem Warten kam dann auch unser Vermieter und zeigte und das Zimmer. Es war sehr gut ausgestattet und hatte auch einen schönen Balkon, auf dem wir dann gemütlich unser Abendessen genossen. Die Betten waren sehr gut und auch das Bad war ausreichend groß. Frühstück war nicht verfügbar, aber uns hat es dort sehr gut gefallen.

Camera spaziosa, ben fornita, bagno di dimensioni giuste. Frigorifero funzionante, bel balconcino! Posto auto proprio davanti all’ingresso, molto comodo!

Non ci sono le persiane, solo le tende, quindi al mattino siamo stati abbagliati dalla luce! Cantieri davanti alla struttura, ma non influenzano sul voto alla struttura!

Las habitaciones están muy bien equipadas y todo estaba muy limpio. Tienen nevera y unos grandes balcones. No es un apartamento, sino habitaciones tipo hotel.

La señora encargada no parece estar muy cómoda con la presencia de niños.

Dostaliśmy inny pokój niż rezerwowany, mimo że wyraźnie zaznaczyliśmy że wybieramy tamten, bo w naszym pokoju byli inni goście - gospodarz nie traktuje równo swoich odwiedzających i daje pokoje na widokową stronę swoim znajomym/innym ludziom. Dostaliśmy pokój na całkiem inną stronę. Nie polecam nikomu. Bezczelne i bezsensowne jest ogłoszenie każdego z pokoi na bookingu a później zamienianie ich sobie według uznania. Nigdy nie spotkałam się z takim zachowaniem przy rezerwacjach. Dodatkowo klimatyzacja w pokoju huczy jak stary samolot cała noc nie dając spać. I nie mam na myśli własnej, bo ja bym sobie mogła wyłączyć, ale klimatyzację sąsiada.
