Zepsuty telewizor, trochę słaba obsługa przy śniadaniach . Panie pewnie były czym innym zainteresowane niż uzupełnienie wody czy zerknięcie o braku masła nie wspominając o jajkach i pomidorach.

Bardzo pomocna i miła obsługa w hotelu. W pokoju było czysto i wygodnie. Znakomite śniadania, bardzo dobra lokalizacja w centrum Rabki. Obiekt położony przy pięknym parku zdrojowym. Świetna baza wypadowa w pobliskie góry.

Czystość.Duża łazienka i pokój.
Otrzymałam pokój niezgodny z rezerwacją.Moja interwencja nie przyniosła rezultatu,tak więc skorzystałam tylko z prysznica i opuściłam hotel.Nie nocowałam i nie jadłam śniadania.
