Very very good

Very good value, clean, quiet, good equipment, got everything we needed for a 6 days stay. Employees came over from the near mini-spot bar which shares one owner, so they arrived within a minute. Very clean, washing machine worked well, proper bathroom and comfy bed. For what we have paid it was very.good.

close to the waterfront; easy to reach by car; many parking spaces

it breaks my heart to say this, but we really didn’t like this place 🥺 the interior in our apartment is very old (from 1970s); the front door didn’t close unless it was locked; the couch smelled like wet dog; the inside of the drawers in the kitchen were dirty; the hair dryer didn’t work properly; there was no dining room table; the curtains let through a lot of morning light; only two big plates but no smaller plates or bowls were provided; no checkin details were provided beforehand other than someone would await us on site, but when we arrived, no one was there (luckily someone did come a few minutes after we called; that person was very nice and friendly but wasn’t the owner); we received wifi details only four hours after checkin and a reminder (other places sent all those details before arrival or provided details onsite); internet connection was very slow.

Perfect stay

The apartment was very comfortable and clean. Kitchenette well equipped . Location very quiet and nice, near to the local supermarket and restaurant. Parking available for free. The key we can received 3 minutes after phone to owner.

Superb

The room was perfect for a several days stay in Juodkrantė for us - it had a nice kitchenette to make some breakfast/lunch, the bed was very comfy, the terrace (we stayed on the ground floor) was a very nice addition to the room, perfect to enjoy the morning coffee and breakfast, and even though the room didn't have A/C (there was a fan in the room we did not use), the room actually did not get too hot throughout the day (even with 29 degrees outside, it was rather pleasant inside). The owner also owns the mini golf place and cafe on the other side of the street and offers discounts to hotel guests, it's quite a nice spot, we recommend it! :)

The only drawback of this place was that it seemed a little sketchy at first (once booked, the owner called to politely ask to cancel the reservation via Booking and order the same room via their website), however, it was just my initial reaction. There were no issues when I said that I'd prefer keeping the original booking, and we did just that. When we arrived, we were welcomed by the owner and all our doubts were relieved. All in all, it was really a lovely stay and we would come again.

Exceptional

Location is great in the town center of Juodkrante by the church, plenty space to park your car. The host was great, met us around 11PM to give us the keys. The apartment was modern and great for the price. Definitely recommend this place to stay when in Neringa.

Room was perfect :)

Owner is doing shadow business. No checks no invoices nothing. I needed to pay to his personal bank account (or cash). Looks like he does not want to pay taxes.

Superb

Nice room with all the amenities needed for a cozy stay. The bed and mattress were really good. The grocery shop in Juodkrante is 5 min walk. Great value for money.

Clean And Comfortable

Really clean places, all the necessary things available, calm location near Raganu kalnas, and Kursiu marios. Would go back there again!

To do barbecue you need to go out further, so carrying things is not that comfortable.
