Great location, rooms were lovely and clean, stocked with everything needed for a good night's rest close to the central station. Very friendly and helpful staff both in person and on the phone.
Very grateful for the friendly contact with the staff. It was only a little unnerving to be asked to make a bank transfer in order to ensure late check in..... sniffs of a scam. Luckily it wasn't but maybe include the city tax as part of the fee so guests can make one payment THROUGH the app?

Very clean, quiet and comfortable.
The reception staff are very friendly and personable and the cleaning staff do a great job.
I especially liked that a kettle and hairdryer are provided in the rooms.
Within walking distance to the train and bus stations which was ideal for day trips as well as getting to/from the destination.
Close to local shops, Aldi and the centre.
There are brothels nearby but you can avoid them and, for me, this did not deter me from booking this Pension a second time.

-Very small room for two people, with one bed located under the sloped ceiling, which didn't even allow to stay seated upright on the bed
-Slow bathroom sink, likely clogged (something that should be easily noticed during regular cleaning)
