BAD. DO NOT STAY HERE.

The pool was cleaned, staff FAIRLY helpful. The gardens were well maintained & had various covered places to sit.

1st room: WiFi signal too poor to connect. Remote control for TV broken. 2nd room: the rooms were dirty. The staircase up to the bedroom had no banister. The TV's HDMI ports or remote controls didn't work. The bath and toilet were filthy. No bathmat. The bed base was streaked with paint and stained. The bedsheet was marked with a black substance. No kettle or cups. The manager was nowhere to be seen. Poor menu. Cheap furniture with a veneer that was coming off: it looked disgusting. Barely any of the sockets worked. The manager was asked to have the TV repaired or switched twice but no action taken.

The area was awful filthy dangerous and real poverty which we don’t have in Australia we feel this was false advertising we did feel scared walking down the street we felt sorry for the animals as well the owner we friendly and really tried he was scared as well

Perfectly adequate for a low-budget traveller looking for somewhere to crash

The price. The bed was very comfortable. The TV worked. There was a small breakfast provided.

There was a strong smell of mould in the room. Many of the fittings were in need of repair. The toilet required repeated flushes. The WiFi was extremely spotty. The surrounding area is uninteresting.

Too short 😥

I loved having the bedroom on the mezzanine floor. The bed was the most comfortable bed we slept in on this trip. The pool and gardens looked very inviting.The staff were awesome. Unfortunately due to flash flooding we only stayed one night.

Unfortunately there was a flash flood which caused the power to go off indefinitely so we were forced to relocate but the staff very kindly waded through knee high water with all our bags to ensue we could leave safely. This definitely wasn’t their fault and we hope to stay there again on our next trip.

Short but …

The rooms were as expected, cute with the bedroom upstairs. Staff were very helpful

I didn’t like being flooded in with no power due to the flash flood in Denpasar but it wasn’t the fault of staff, they were exceptionally helpful carrying out luggage thru knee deep water to get us to the dry part of town. Well done team Ganga👍🏻

Cheap but limit your expectations

Breakfast food was good, friendly staff, nice pool

Rooms were generally unkept. Lots of broken stuff and quite dirty. Dirty bedding was very unpleasant.

Good, but not for all

I got two floors with spacious hall and bath rooms, the location wasn't good enough, but the space and features you are getting for that price is rare.

Wall paints were worn out, those who have allergies please be aware, i kept sneezing for a while

Lovely stay, beautiful area, quiet - good value for money.

Very good value for money! Outside common area was cosy and delightful. And in general very quiet - except for the roosters close by 😅 Massive room/apartment, clean pool, great a/c, decent breakfast and lovely staff.

The Wi-Fi wasn’t the strongest (couldn’t get on) and it’s a bit run down, but honestly can’t complain when comparing to the prize, and all the good bits.

Horrible please stay away

Nothing it was horrible

We has to leave within 10 minutes. Only made us pay in cash no credit card which was suspicious , the room was horrific. Full of mosquitos , mould everywhere , the bathrrom was disgusting, holes all over the bed sheets and stains , not even good enough for a night stay. The couple who arrived after us left immediately as well and had to book a new hotel to stay at 11pm. We laughed about it because it was so bad

The room was very big and had a big bed in it.

My room was smelly. They put an air fresher (a tree what you normally use for cars) on the AC. So if the AC was on it smelled like this, and if it was of it was smelly. The sheets had stains on it.

extremely comfortable and convenient, lovely staff and stay

this property was lovely to stay at. the rooms were spacious and included a fridge, tv and sitting area as well as a large comfy bed. the pool and outside seating was also really nice and there was lots of space.

the only thing we thought could be better was the breakfast. they offer a very small menu and somewhat small portions. but the food itself did taste good

Very good

Easy to check in, big space in the apartment. Large bed. Pool is good for an hour or two. Incredible value for money used as a transit hotel for one night near the airport. .

Could have been cleaner. Wifi Password not available until the next day. Water in rooms would be beneficial. Air Con a little feeble, but I do like it cold.

The staff were very friendly and hospitable, and it's a nice two floor room. Good restaurants nearby and it's quiet not a lot of noise from the traffic in denpasar

The room wasn't the most clean, the bathroom was a little dirty and the sheets weren't perfect either. As well as that the shower head needed to be picked up to shower with

Staff treat differently for local and foreign tenant, simple like water for breakfast. Local they give a glass of water and foreign they give a bottle of water. For fruit as well, they give 2 small plates to foreign, meanwhile 1 plate for local. Room too much mosquitos, and smell not good.

Appartement #1 with mold but beautiful swimmingpool

I liked the swimming pool, the breakfast included, the kitchen and fridge in the appartement, nice staff, clean.

In my appartement #1 there was mold in the ceiling of the stairs so it smelled humidity in all the appartement besides the bedroom. No sweet breakfast, only the traditional rice or noodle plate or sandwich.
