Avoid. Dirty and rude staff apart from one lady on reception and lady who worked in restaurant

Dirty. Shabby. Disgusting sunlingers and towels. Dirty room with hair everywhere. Unhelpful staff. Rooms absolutely nothing like photos at all. I don’t know where the photos were from as we looked at every room to try get moved and none like the photos existed

when checked into our room it was so bad condition with water damp seeking through the walls and painted over. Security

Rooms were old and outdated and not clean. Beds were so dirty and every room had outdated equipment cleaning facilities. Reception service was ok. But we checked in and checked out within the same hour.

The old adage that you get what you pay for is appropriate here

I was looking for an inexpensive hotel just for a night in proximity to the airport and a beach. This hotel checked those boxes.

The building is tired, as is the furniture inside the rooms. The food menu is very limited. I didn't like the road that the hotel is situated in, and there are no supermarkets nearby. I wouldn't stay here again. Instead, I would rather pay more and stay in a better-quality hotel in a nicer area.

Do not stay here, they stole my money for booking and my friend booked separately and the old manager was drunk and being really creepy and tried to get inside her room late at night. Would not recommend for solo travellers due to scamming especially females due to the creepy man

You get what you pay for.

The beds were comfortable, the air conditioner worked, and was great, the water was hot. The refrigerator worked.

The bathroom sink and Spicket was falling apart. The sprayer for the toilet leaked. The TV was crooked and falling off the wall. The sliding door didn’t lock properly.

Great location for a staycation in Jimbaran

The location of the hotel is perfect! Very close to walk to the beach which we loved. The room was a good size, just needs some refreshing. Staff in the restaurant were lovely! There were several pools on the property but we didn't have the time to go into any of them.

The view from our room was to a roof outside, but nevermind, at least I got to see a beautiful sunrise above the rooftops in the morning!

Location is everything.

It was a great location. The room was clean and it was quite acceptable even though things were not perfect. The toilet leaked, the shower rose strayed water out the top and the tv was dodgy. We could have been back in India. A little warung down the road made up for everything.

There was nothing to dislike about this place.

Our room was spacious and comfortable. The staff are lovely and the grounds are large and well maintained. Location is just a minute walk to the beach. For the price we paid, this was a great stay.

Amazing staff, poor AC, no elevator

'Ita' is an exceptional staff. I saw her working late, and then early the next day at breakfast. She even carried our heavy luggage up the stairs. Smiling and always kind.

The AC in the room was noisy as was the compressor which they mounted directly outside the windows. They need to service / replace all AC, and reposition the compressors in another area. And there should be an elevator up to the second floor.

Great value for money, lots of variety to eat near by, lovely service we will be back again.

We enjoyed the laid-back environment, we had a young toddler and we enjoyed the grass grounds and three pools, the staff and restaurant were very nice. Reception was always friendly and helpful. We also picked this location as it was close to the surf break Airport rights & Toro Toro.

Great hotel, excellent location, price excellent

Excellent location for anyone needing to be near the airport but also just a throw's away from Jimbaran beach. The bungalow style rooms are spacious, clean, fully equipped with ac, toiletries, and working hot water and great wifi. Outside the rooms are various swimming pools to choose from to have a swim after a day's activity. If renting a vehicle or motorbike, this hotel is well located and in the middle of most sights.

Breakfast was a fixed menu of your choosing but only the Asian ones were ample, the western choices could do with more quantity as the portions were scant.

Wonderful place in Bali

The staff were very accommodating. They were able to get us a moped rental and exchange our money with a decent rate right at the front counter. Complimentary breakfast was amazing. Good atmosphere and very decently priced.

The location is in a pretty busy area, which was our only downfall, but other than that, I would highly recommend staying here.

Old hotel, everything already requires replacement or fix. Good point - it in a right place, right between shopping street and the beach. Pools usually dirty, but I am not sure it is possible even to make them cleaner.

Clean, comfortable stay with lovely service and great food

We stayed in the largest room and were happy with the extra space inside and a front porch area to sit outside and enjoy the scenery. The room was clean with a small kitchen area with a large fridge and a comfortable bed. The property has 3 pools which were all clean and perfect temperature with plenty of sun beds. The grounds were very well maintained. We had included breakfast and ate at the restaurant for dinner and it was great. There are lots of options on the menu, all food was fresh, good size portions and very tasty. All the staff throughout our stay were very friendly and we always felt comfortable. I thought this was a very good value for money property. This is just a few minutes walk to the beach and a great base to explore the area.

Our air conditioner just wasn’t cold enough. We let reception know 3 times and each time they sent maintenance out to attend straight away but in my opinion needs replacing. It just wasn’t strong enough for the size of the room. A fan would’ve been enough to help circulate the air for the meantime but wasn’t an option. This wouldn’t stop me staying again though as everything else was great and this wouldn’t stop most likely be a one off.

Lovely staff at a nice and well located hotel

The staff were lovely, the location was great and there were good facilities. I appreciate the kindness. Breakfast was tasty - I enjoyed the smoothie bowls.

The bedding was often not clean - they need to use bleach. The breakfast would benefit from more healthy options, particularly for vegetarians and vegans.
