Access to local train station, cleanliness and friendly staff
Everything was okay except one thing. We were asked to pay extra for my 3 years old cause her name was not there in booking. Originally while booking, Booking.com gave an option to book two rooms for a family of four (including 2 adults, 9 year old and 3 year old). Ofcourse this is not practical given we are a small family and makes sense to stay together in one room.
We booked a single room hoping this will not be an issue. Hotel staff requested us to pay extra 30% of total for the fourth person although the room was could accommodate all of us. Would have been better if the hotel could be soft on their policies.

The area is super nice, with easy access to up market shopping malls, art centres, local parks & metro. Tokyo Tower is just around the corner too. Hotel lobby & breakfast restaurant next door both very elegant & pleasant.
Standard room size isn't great at 20 square metres. We found it quite tight for 2 adults & a child.

Small rooms (better for a short stay). No iron.
