What makes this place truly priceless is the incredible host. From the moment we arrived, we felt genuinely welcomed and cared for. His recommendations helped us discover the very best of Sardinia and made our trip far more special than we could have planned ourselves.
Both houses are beautifully designed, with every detail carefully chosen and arranged with great taste. You can feel the love, passion, and attention that went into creating these spaces. The interior design is elegant, authentic, and inspiring without ever feeling pretentious.
The breakfast on the rooftop terrace was simply outstanding – by far the best we had during our stay in Sardinia. A carefully selected variety of local specialties, high-quality products, and a wonderful atmosphere made every morning a highlight.
If you are looking for authenticity, style, hospitality, and insider tips for a perfect Sardinian holiday, this is the place to stay.

The accommodation is ideally located in the town centre. All the rooms have been restored with exceptional attention to detail and a taste for the finer things in life. Breakfast is served on a magnificent little terrace, and the locally produced products are exquisite. But all these qualities, however high they may be, do not surpass the kindness of the owner, who willingly gives of his time to answer all our questions and to introduce us to Sardinian culture!
It's very hard to leave a place of such quality :-)

The guesthouse is run by amazing couple who renovated the building with love and care and respect for the past. The room was beautiful and spacious, great location. Every morning they prepared fresh breakfast with local specialties. Thank you for the wonderful stay! Grazie per tutto!

Everything was perfect! The hotel is so unique, we loved the design. Located perfectly in the centre and nearby restaurants. Easy to find street parking close to the hotel. The best part was the incredible breakfast, with local products a mix of sweet and savoury, so delicious! Last but not least the kindness and friendliness of the owners 10/10! We highly recommend and definitely we would come back.
Wifi wasn’t very strong in our bedroom however, in the communal areas was good!
