    Spacious room with large bathroom and FULL SIZED fridge freezer. The kitchen is discontinued but has loads of storage space. The view is great as is its central location, between old Seoul and the more modern Seoul. Staff is friendly and very helpful, the hotel is getting older but it’s clean and functional.

    My sisters and I had a wonderful experience staying at this hotel. The staff were very friendly, very helpful, and assisted us in our last minute transport arrangement which helped eased our anxiety. The vibe is relaxed. Free coffee, tea, bottled water. There’s a convenience store nearby with ATM machine that accepts foreign cards. Bus stops and subway station minutes walk away. Walking distance to shops and restaurants. The highlight for us for this hotel is the wonderful staff of the hotel!

    We stayed there for 3 nights, was given a room with mountain and street view. It was so noisy day and night, even if windows are closed. Request to change room but was told that they are fully booked, so no other room available. If cancel booking, then no refund. Hence, leaving us with no choice but to put on our ear plugs to sleep every night. The walls are also thin, people walking, closing doors, moving chairs, etc all can be heard. Room is small, can't leave luggage opened and move around, and furniture are old, wall papers are peeling off, chairs and table legs spoiled, need to ask for replacement. Is a wet bathroom, so when take shower, toilet area will be wet as well, as there is no partition. We did not have a pleasant stay, it was a great disappointment, actual rooms are so different from platform photos. Felt short changed, not worth the money paid. Avoid if you can.
