部屋が親子4人には広く、隣のお友達気にならなかったので良かったです。
プールは、滑り台があり、とても楽しめました。
当日数時間前に予約を決めたので、夕食なしでしたが、ホテルに食べ物くらい売っているだろうと思い行ったら、カップラーメンくらいしかなかったので、あらかじめ買えばよかったなと思いました。

浅間山を見ながらの露天風呂がよかった。ウェルカムドリンクにソフトクリームがあったのも、子どもが喜んでいた。また、たくさん温泉に入りたいと思っていたため、部屋にタオルが2セットずつあったのがありがたかった。
写真の部屋を想像していたため、リビングが思っていたのとはちがって少し残念。室内のお風呂のシャワーが壊れていた（ホースとシャワーヘッドの繋ぎ目から水が漏れているため、水がかかりたくないところにかかってしまう）

エアコンの調節が細かく設定できなかったところです。
