Stuff was helpful. I asked to bring a kettle and he arranged it.
There is no one on reception, you always have to call on the local phone number. There was no shampoo.

We had a twin room on the third floor for a two day stay. The room was ensuite, with a balcony overlooking the street. The room was basic but perfectly adaquate and cleaned daily. The hotel is located well for touring western crete and the local beaches. The breakfast was optional but well worth the 10 euro. We ate in the restaurant both nights and were treated to the local Cretan cuisine. Definitely worth a stay.
If you have mobility issues, stay on the ground floor.

Location is excellent. Nothing else
Everything could be better. Hotel is old, not recently reconstructed , inconvenient low beds, aircondi works with a key so locking the room you must switch off the aircondi , which is awkward at 35 deg sunshine all day at Kreta. Breakfast for supplementary paid at place. Some jam, Greek yoghurt, a plum, sweet pie or whatsoever and American coffee. O.k. but nothing good to mention
