The staff were very nice and the breakfast was good. The villa was very cute and the patio was large and comfortable. The property is at the beach and is at a good location to go snorkeling and diving. There is a good dive shop right next door. You can sponsor coral on the artificial reef at a location nearby and also release a baby turtle for only 100 rupiah at the Reef Seen resort (highly recommended). The pool was nice. You can hike up the mountain across the road to see the sunrise and there are several trails there.
There was only one lounge chair on the beach at the property, while the resort next door had many lounge chairs at the beach. The restaurant was not on the beach, while other property’s served food at the beach. There was a huge amount of mosquitos at all times at the property. They provided mosquito coils, but it only helped a little. They leave the room doors open when they clean so many mosquitos get inside the room. The bathroom is outside so you get bit whenever you shower, use the toilet and brush your teeth. The roof above the bathroom is falling apart so pieces of it get all over the bathroom floor constantly. The laundry service was very expensive.

Great location on the beach with coral reefs, bungalows under mango trees and a cool outdoor concept
Getting used to the door locks wasn't easy.

The facilities are very nice. However, it seems the hotel has seen better days and looks a bit abandoned. Nice staff
Rooms could be better maintained with a proper plague control.
