Delightful!, we will be back!

Peaceful, beautiful, great food, wonderful staff especially Elor and Putu in the restaurant, and Elor in the office. The swimming pool is especially nice. And the beach is at the end of the property, handy for lovely sunsets!

Beautiful beachfront location

Great location on the beachfront. Easy walk to restaurants. Room and outdoor bathroom beautiful balinese style. Bed was really comfortable and linen clean and fresh. Room cleaning included fresh flowers each day. Included breakfast was excellent.

No fridge or safe in room. Groundskeeping could be improved - gardens need a little love. Some of the sunlounges starting to fall apart and no cushions on them.

Over rated

The location is good. A few of the staff were friendly and helpful but most of them spent all of their time on mobile phones, trying to get some service was near on impossible. It's DIY there, have to get your own sunbeds cushions and much more. I was over it. It needs TLC and a manager who can manage the place and staff.

Looks like the hotel has seen better times

The facilities are very nice. However, it seems the hotel has seen better days and looks a bit abandoned. Nice staff

Perfect

Breakfast was continental, with fresh mixed fruit, juices, tea, coffee, croissants, home made strawberry jam, honey. The staff are magnificent and can't do enough for you. The hotel is obviously clawing their way back post pandemic. The pool is recently renovated and huge. The grounds are extensive and beautiful.. The location is perfect. On the beach so you can literally walk in to the water and snorkel and swim. Boats leave for Manjangen Island from the beach. There are many good restaurants, shops nearby. Highly recommend. We are returning next year with more friends.

The surroundings were beautiful, snorkelling was nice, breakfast at the next-door-cafe was very good.

No mattresses on the sunbeds. Hotel-Restaurant was closed at the time due to renovation. No creditcard payment possible.

A small jewel on the north coast.

The staff were lovely. Very welcoming, very helpful, and polite. The cottages are comfortable and clean, with lovely outdoor bathrooms. The cottages are set in beautiful gardens that extend down to a very nice beach. The Bio Rock coral project is just a short swim out from the shore and a delight for snorkelling and diving. There are several good restaurants along the shore. Although there was no restaurant available on site at the time, we were given a very good breakfast just next door.

The facilities have suffered a bit during the pandemic and need a bit of maintenance. At the time, there were no mattresses for the sunbeds. The on-site restaurant was closed for refurbishment. But none of this detracted from a delightful stay.

Beautiful rooms, garden and pool right on a volcanic beach.

Noise of bad karaoke several nights a week from the drunken fishermen next door. I know their life is hard, but it ruins the calmness of the resort and is way too loud blasting out at night.

No hot showers, sliding doors which didn't slide, it rained inside the bungalow, water wasn't included with breakfast, the pool was slimy Felt like a ghost town, the bar was closed.

A lovely relaxing 2 days.

It’s right on the sea, an excellent swimming pool, comfortable spacious rooms and beautiful grounds.

sadly due to low season the seaside restaurant was closed, but they are planning to open it. The next door restaurant was open, and lots of other places in the area too.

The resort with its garden and bungalows is very beautiful, close to the beach, where you can actually swim, and the staff is friendly. The bungalows are nicely furnished.The bakery where you get breakfast has very good food also in the evening

It looks like they just opened after the pandemic.The restaurant at the beach was still closed, so we had to go to the neighbor hotel (which has good food and is very close). The bungalow didn’t have a fridge, a safe or hairdryer. There is no light switch in the bungalow for the outside bathroom, so you have to go into the dark before turning on the lights, can be a bit scary. If you want to have a quick breakfast, don’t go to the bakery. It is very chaotic and not organized, so it takes long until you get what you ordered, if you get what you ordered :)

Exceptional

The service was impeccable. The food was great and abundant. The room was tastefully decorated. I especially liked the outdoor shower. The attention to detail did not go unnoticed: the fresh flowers on the bed every day, the beautiful pottery in the restaurant, and the welcome drinks available whenever we asked for them. The location was perfect too. The property has it's own beachfront and it is walkable to everything we needed.

Il miogliore hotel in cui ho soggiornato a Bali. Un posto letteralmente paradisiaco. Bungalow accoglienti in tipico stile balinese , pulitissimi . Anche i bagni all’aperto erano super puliti e caratteristici. Ti svegli e sei già sulla spiaggia, con tanti ristorantini ottimi e la possibilità di fare lunghe passeggiate. Troppo wild per il costo

Il complesso è ben immerso nel verde e nel curato giardino (più delle camere), piscina grande e molto curata. Ottimo anche l’accesso diretto alla spiaggia.

È lasciato a sè stesso senza cura. Vieni accolto da sciami di zanzare, camera compresa, poiché gli infissi non chiudono verso l’esterno. Ci siamo trovati un serpente in camera l’ultimo giorno, e per tutta la durata un topo scorrazzava per le travi della camera. Lo staff ci ha proposto un check out immediato (sapendo che anche le altre camere avevano gli stessi problemi). Un vero disastro!

Der wunderschöne Garten mit seiner Artenvielfalt an Vögel und Pflanzen. Die Lage direkt am Meer. Der schöne Bungalow mit seinen antiken Möbeln und dem offenen Badezimmer. Wir kommen wieder! 👍
