Staff were amazing, nothing was too much trouble and they were so lovely and friendly. The grounds are extremely beautiful and the accommodation gorgeous and comfortable. The location is completely unmatched right on the beach. The snorkelling and swimming in the sea right off the beach is excellent. I couldn’t believe how many fish we saw right there! Paradise! We were completely blown away by the reefs. The included breakfast is delicious and the restaurant has a great selection of delicious food and drinks. Restaurant staff remembered us from the first day which was so nice. Spa is an awesome experience and the staff there are very skilled, lovely and hospitable. Really can’t fault the hotel and would absolutely recommend anyone stay here, whether you’re a couple looking to relax or a family. Pemuteran is a very special place and Pondok Sari is the pearl of the area.

This is not a typical resort. It’s a boutique hotel with traditional architecture and artwork from all over Bali and Java enormous trees near the beach and wonderful outside seating area. Very tastefully done. A great place to detox from technology. There are no televisions in the room and I like that.
No complaints. Website could have more information.
