Instalações que mais parecem um hotel 3 estrelas. Está muito longe de ser considerado padrão 4 estrelas. O ger recepção é grosseiro. Precisa urgentemente de treinamento. Falta comunicação entre garagem e recepção. Não há controle de hóspedes que entram de carro na garagem,não há controle de carros, um horror! Falta segurança!

A localização é excelente
Quando chegamos, a cama estava somente com os lençóis, sem colcha ou cobertor. Havia no guarda-roupa um cobertor fino e estávamos em pleno inverno e não gostávamos muito de ar condicionado.Pedimos na recepção e trouxeram depois. O frigobar sem nada nem água. O café da manhã muito fraco com salgados que pareciam de outro dia.Enfim, acho que o hotel está muito aquém de 4 estrelas.
