Location is excellent! You can walk to everywhere you need to in town easily. The (double) room was spacious: table+2 chairs and a shelf. The shower was great (pressure + got water). The beds were very comfortable.
I like the good quality wooden furnitures everywhere, feels like a true Bed & Breakfast. The lady and man managing the location take great care of those place and are so pleasant. They also serve breakfast in the morning for 150 pesos (best if you let them know the day prior).
We were happy to be able to park our car there (it's just a little cramped up as it's in an inside courtyard, but it worked great for 5-6 cars) - closed. Also great internet.
Nothing - it was very charming :)
It just gets a bit chilly and there's no heater so prepare accordingly :)
