In a classic hotel, with high standards of luxury.
The price of the hotel should include the cost of dinner. There are other hotels in Riyadh of the same category that include breakfast and dinner.

Staff accountable for errors made and ensured that went over and beyond to rectify as well as ensure our stay was exceptional.
Life guard from Kenya exceptional staff member as well as Mr Mohammed Ali in lounge area.
Telephone communication non existent with calls not being answered, returned or being put on hold for 20 minutes then eventually giving up.
Some email addresses do not accept emails from outside email addresses/ outside the organization.
We were not collected at the airport and initially we were made out to be at fault.
Early check in, but room was not entirely ready needing to request towels and other amenities.

Delivery apps are restricted from entering tge hotel and you have to get it by your own self from outside.
