Clean and comfortable
No personal interraction with staff until cleaner took key at checkout - staff very slow to respond to requests (2 days) no lightbulb in toilet and broken dining chair reported

We had our own breakfast and the facility catered well for that.
Excellent location and our unit looked over the beach ⛱️ which was excellent.
Available parking was good as we had 2 cars and, as Unit 13 was against the wall we parked the cars in tandem.
Was easy to get our bags up and down to and from the unit from the basement.
A light above the bench would have been helpful and instead of a 3km drive to get the key 🔑 a much better arrangement should be implemented - or, at the very least, a drop box for the key when leaving should be set up. Your key pick up and drop off arrangement is not good enough.
