Enjoy summer in New Hampshire at spacious a 4 bedroom, 2 bath, condo. Located just minutes from Storyland, echo lake, North Conway, great hiking, and ski resort summer activities. The condo includes a large living room, eat-in kitchen with dining table, Master bedroom with washer/dryer, guest bedroom, a kids bunk bedroom with two sets of bunks, and loft bedroom. The loft area contains one small bedroom with a queen-size bed and cot and a loft area with a pull-out couch. The kitchen is well stocked with just about everything you could possibly need including pots/pans, dishes, an oversized griddle (great for pancakes), panini press, and much more. 4 smart TVs and plenty of board games and toys. The condo has 4 private porches, a large backyard, plenty of parking. Just bring yourself, your clothes and food.

We have stayed here before and decided to give it a go. The property is a good size for our two families, and the quick drive to Storyland can't be beat. I would caution those with young children, as our kids seemed to be a bother to the neighbor even on their best days. Air conditioning would be the cherry on top, but lots of fans provided were helpful. Barry was great about being flexible when I forgot some clothing in the dryer. We did have a bear experience, so definitely heed the warning about locking cars!

Wonderful place to stay with the family while visiting the area and spending the day at Story Land. The condo was in great condition with many amenities, utensils, board games, and even toys. We had a good 2-day stay. I remove one star because of the following: we found many dead bugs along the unit, specially in the loft, even in the pillow of the bed. I wish they also would provide shower gel and shampoo. And I know it was not in the description, but there is no AC. They provided fans, which was nice, although one didn't work properly. Otherwise, I would recommend this place.

From start to finish we had an amazing stay. The condo is absolutely beautiful and has a really nice layout. Barry is easy to communicate with and quick to respond. We enjoyed the location as it is so centrally located to so many areas to hike(so many waterfalls) and have family fun. Everything we did was within an hour or less car ride, even going into Maine. A fun place to stay and visit.
