We had a truly wonderful stay at Toison d’Or near Saint Tropez. The staff were exceptionally kind, welcoming and helpful throughout our visit, which made the whole experience even more enjoyable. The beach is absolutely beautiful, with a relaxed yet elegant atmosphere, perfect for spending the day by the sea. We also really enjoyed the restaurant, where the food was excellent and the service very pleasant. Another great advantage is the well stocked shop located directly within the resort, which is extremely convenient and offers everything you might need during your stay. The swimming pool was another highlight for us. It was lovely, clean and heated, which made it perfect even when the weather was not at its warmest. Overall, Toison d’Or is a beautiful resort with a great location, excellent facilities and a very pleasant atmosphere. We would definitely love to come back.

We especially loved the greenery at the property, the perfect silence (April ) , total chill and no disruptions. We had 2nd line beach bungalow, and heard the sea each morning, it was excellent. the privacy is respected, the houses are far enough apart and each is separated by the jungle of trees, no issues there. super cute to be able to park the car right in front, and we had a lot of excellent home-made meals , kitchen is very well equipped. The fire alarm could be a bit less sensitive though lol. Overall, a perfect stay, weather was amazing, which helped, the beach not perfect, some sea grass, but I was told it protects the erosion so we understand. The beach is amazing, with added yoga, pilates and other morning sport sessions free of charge, organised by the resort in the sand, were absolutely spot on! We loved every bit of our stay. Their in-house shop is also fantastic, with all fresh and frozen food products and some beach items, hats, games, etc. Prices are as anywhere else, no crazy mark-up added, which was a really nice surprise. Swimming pool good size, warm, some sun-beds available, overall very pleasant, but we did not use it much. The entire camping/resort is super extremely well maintained, very clean, green, serene, kids have huge space to use near the entry, lots and lots of activities to keep them busy, and parents happy :) Great playground for small kids, with kids club, fun fair, ice-cream stands, shops, sport centre etc. Wanted to test the spa but we were too busy checking out the Ramatuelle area this time .

Reception staff could be a bit more polite ! Washing machines could be available to guests.

Location was good bear the beach and there are many facilities. I think this is more of a family friendly place with young kids.

A lot to say here: the price was exorbitant for the quality of this place. Our little house was small (not a problem in itself) and the inside was just passable, something you'd expect from an older 3 star hotel. There is no daily cleaning service and when you ask for something, just pray the staff is one of the nice ones. Some of them were straight up very rude, some very nice. What else. It's loud, you can hear music from nearby beach clubs. The place is big so you could be located pretty far away from the entrance. We wanted an iron and went to check the laundry service, they said we could not have one but that they would iron the items we wanted for cash. Overall, the vibe was not it.
