Paradise look, Hell experience

Beautiful exotic village.

We didn’t like anything except outdoor aesthetics. It is not 5 stars camping, it is 2 stars. Everything was dirty, ants all over, the village smell like urine because they probavly don’t clean frequently. Overall- Paradise looks, Hell experience.

Seriously disappointing

I booked a Kasia Premium Room for 4 people for my boyfriend’s 30th birthday and experienced the following: Room was dated and nothing like the Booking.com photos — staff admitted the pictures were outdated. No alternative room offered despite complaints. Rude, intimidating security guard on arrival. Missing essentials: washing-up liquid, dishwasher tablets, shower gel, hairdryer, plug sockets in second bedroom. Concierge told us to “buy them.” Check-in delayed until after 4:30 pm despite requesting early check-in. Birthday request (champagne + card) promised in advance — never delivered. Wi-Fi didn’t work all stay; told it was our phones or “too many users.” Only 2 devices allowed for 4 guests — absurd to pay extra for more. Staff shrugged at complaints; no manager follow-up. This was sold as a 5-star experience but was nowhere near that standard. I expect a full investigation, removal of misleading photos, and appropriate compensation for the misrepresentation, poor service, and ruined celebration.

Toison D’or is magic place with very nice staff and beautiful nature

Toison D’or has many activities and entertainment, shops, The nature, best beach with send and fantastic sea, best place to have a rest; Cafe Flora is excellent! with best food and very warm and friendly staff, they made a birthday surprise for my daughter and they made her day! Also reception and concierge were very helpful always ready to help.

One of a kind!

An incredible place to relax, there is everything you need . Our bungalow was very clean and comfortable. The beach is less than 100 meters away. There is a grocery store in the complex which is well stocked. We would definitely come back here again. It is suitable for families with children.

Not worth the price.

Location was good bear the beach and there are many facilities. I think this is more of a family friendly place with young kids.

A lot to say here: the price was exorbitant for the quality of this place. Our little house was small (not a problem in itself) and the inside was just passable, something you'd expect from an older 3 star hotel. There is no daily cleaning service and when you ask for something, just pray the staff is one of the nice ones. Some of them were straight up very rude, some very nice. What else. It's loud, you can hear music from nearby beach clubs. The place is big so you could be located pretty far away from the entrance. We wanted an iron and went to check the laundry service, they said we could not have one but that they would iron the items we wanted for cash. Overall, the vibe was not it.

I loved the location, not too far from the town of Saint Tropez, close to beautiful wineries and footsteps from a beautiful beach.

Everything was great except for the beds, so hard and not comfortable at all. It would have also been nice if some cleaning product were available to wash dishes and wipe surfaces.

The location being close to major beach clubs next door.

Reception is not 24/7. No room service Charging to clean room or give towels . They don’t allow taxi / uber inside till the reception to drop off, and it’s a long walk from outside till reception area. Walk to the rooms is b dark n no street light at night . Toilet rooms r small. No a/c or fan in 2 nd room for kids so it gets suffocating to stay in that room.

Perfect stay! Beautiful villas right by the beach- the resort was very well maintained and extremely clean. The facilities made everything very convenient.

Just a couple of small suggestions: it would be great to have beach sun-beds available for guests, and in our room, we had to put the sheets on the mattress and duvet ourselves, which was a bit unexpected.

The location, the facilities, staff are super nice and the territory is beautiful.

Our trailer was full of ants. we had 2 bedrooms one of them was not ready at all, the beds were not made, pillows and duvets all over the room and floor. we did not report this as we only stayed for 2 days and hardly stayed inside so really did not want to waste time on all the discussions and moving - i am sure if we reported this they would have fixed everything. The electricity is set up VERY annoying, every time we turned something on or off the whole electricity would go off. you switch off tv in one room and it turns on in another room. We stayed in April and in the nights it got freezing in the trailer and the air conditioner/heater was a nightmare to switch on/off they had to get an electrician to do that for us. they should really show guests around the trailer when they move in - how to use things, maybe if they did this we would not have had so much issues. other than the ants and the one messy room I have to say that the trailer was super clean, almost felt brand new. impossible to reach the hotel my phone!!!! BIG minus point. I was trying almost for a week prior to our arrival as there was an issue with payment so we had to do a bank transfer and no matter how long I stayed on line nobody ever picked up! once I waited almost 1 hr, and I called literally every day every couple of hours.

The bungalows are charming. They have laundry, markets and restaurants at the resort so you don't need to leave in order to buy groceries.

The bungalows are nice but very small. Specially the shower tray. I'm 1.80m and I was at the limit. A taller person or a fat person surely won't fit in the shower space. Also, the space between beds was very narrow, bit that was on the bungalow model we got. There are bigger bungalows that might have a better space.
