Lovely, spacious apartment. Great views, great neighborhood for walking, quiet. Apartment was well supplied with numerous games for both kids and adults, including pool table and food ball. Stairs to apartment could be a problem for some.

The place was perfect for us and we will be back. We loved the deck and the views, and it didn’t hurt that the weather was fabulous so we could enjoy views out over the water from the kitchen, living room and deck. The place was clean and well appointed and communicating with Cathy was easy and fast.

Our family of four adults stayed here 3 nights. It’s a convenient location to do things in and around Seattle. The house is spacious and gorgeous, and so are the views. It has everything you need for home away from home. Cathy was in touch with us before and during the stay, check in and out was a breeze. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay.

Stayed with our family while attending concerts at Lumen Field. Property is a gorgeous craftsman style apt. Well appointed kitchen, comfy beds, with a pool table and Foosball table and plenty of board games for quality family time. We walk a lot so we we able to walk the 3.4 miles back from Lumen Field both nights. Loved waking up and having coffee on the porch and watching the hummingbirds and the ships coming and going. The view is absolutely stunning. Host responded almost immediately to my emails. Highly recommend.

This private apartment became "home away from home" for my wife and me and another couple for several days during a vacation on the west coast. It was the perfect place for us -- safe, clean, and very comfortable. All the amenities were in place: appliances (even washer and dryer), TV, wifi, etc. And everything worked, which is not always the case in a rental home! The only negative we can think of is that we never did figure out how to work the garbage disposal (and we could have contacted the owner about that if necessary.) We had no problem with parking on the street. We especially appreciated the comfortable porch overlooking the bay, with its spectacular view. We also appreciated the fact that all the condiments and little "extras" were there for our meals -- we didn't need to buy cooking oil, sugar, salt, ketchup, jelly, etc. (whether provided by the owner or left by previous renters).

Check in was a breeze, BEAUTIFUL view with great patio furniture and hammock, large rooms in the apartment with old but nice comfortable accommodations, and everything we needed and then some. This was a great home base for our Seattle trip and the hosts were very easy to reach/respond, but we had no need to contact them for any issues other than their recommendations for a local grocery store. We will definitely book here again should we return for another Seattle trip.

What a beautiful home to stay in! The views exceeded our expectations. The residence is spacious yet warm and welcoming. A lovely kitchen stocked with everything one would need. The proximity to all of the activities we took in could not have been better. We’d encourage you to book this VRBO experience and don’t forget to pack a book to read in the porch hammock overlooking Pugent Sound…it’s surreal.

The location and accommodations were absolutely perfect. The hosts were lovely and communicated clearly and in a timely manner. We loved sitting on the covered porch to watch ships in Elliot bay and sunsets, even though we stayed in winter. We walked all over Queen Anne and down to the Seattle Center. We were pleased to find a car was not necessary to explore what we wanted, but there was ample street parking. Will definitely stay again.

This is a lovely apartment/house just as advertised. Great communication w Cathy, clean, comfortable, had all the amenities, and certainly the location was optimal. Why stay downtown, amongst all the increasing grit, when you can stay in this lovely neighborhood. We took the bus everywhere, Routes 1 & 2, with great ease and efficiency. We would highly recommend this gem to Seattle visitors. The experience could not have been more pleasant.

Perfect in every way! Pictures don’t do the property justice. We had a comfortable, active, and relaxing stay. View is priceless and we enjoyed watching the sunset most evenings and relaxing with coffee and a book in the hammock most mornings. Several games of 9 ball on the pool table and dinner with local friends were an enjoyable part of our stay in this lovely property. The hills are for real! We were able to walk to most of our desired activities. Host was very responsive and made everything very easy. Will definitely stay here again the next time we’re in Seattle!
