Upscale beachfront condo with ample amenities and in walking distance to main attractions. Tidewater Beach Resort includes THE BEST amenities on the beach. These amenities include 2 outdoor pools, 1 indoor heated pool, 2 hot tubs, 2 Roman Spas, steam room, movie theater with free movies, 4300 sq ft fitness center, Tiki Bar, snack bar and shop, on site restaurant, library, internet center, 2 game rooms and 7 elevators so there's never much of a wait. Tidewater is also one of the only complexes on the beach with a covered and gated parking garage.
Tidewater is located on 636 feet of beautiful white sand on one of the most desirable beaches in the world.
Tidewater provides on site beach toys for an additional fee including para sailing, kayaks, jet skis, paddle boards, banana boats and water bikes.
The condo is gulf-front with many upgrades including granite counter tops, nine-foot ceilings, crown molding and tile floors.
The master bedroom has a king size bed with its own private bath, 50 inch smart TV and dresser.
The second bedroom offers bunks and a 20 inch flat screen TV. There is an additional full bath off hallway and second bedroom.
The living room offers a queen size sleeper sofa with incredible views of the gulf and beaches and 50 inch smart tv.
There is a dinette area with kitchen and bar stool area.
The kitchen has everything you need to make a full course breakfast and dinner including a Keurig coffee maker! Washer and dryer are also located in the condo.
GREAT LOCATION!!! Tidewater is located 1/2 mile from Pier Park for all your entertainment needs. The restaurants include Jimmy Buffet's Margaritaville, Dave and Buster's, Pompano Joes, Guy Harveys, Hofbrau Beer Garden, The Back Porch Seafood and Oyster House, Wild Wing Cafe, Olive Garden, Starbucks, Longhorn Steakhouse, Chili's, Five Guys Burgers, Panera Bread and many more. The shopping options are many, Target, Walmart, Michaels, Dillard's, JC Penny, Old Navy, Ron Jon Surf Shop and hundreds of speciality stores. There is a 16 screen Grand Theater and an IMAX. This condo is very well kept, has everything you need and has a gorgeous view off the balcony. It is on the 25th floor and the elevator wait can be long but that is just to be expected in a high rise. The location is great and we walked to restaurants. We had no complaints and the time I did reach out to the owner she was quick to respond. We would definitely book again with Dana.

Have stayed at Tide Water several times, with no issues always had good experiences. However, this time had roudy neighbors that had security called on them. Other than the neighbors we enjoyed our stay.

There was a 30 to 60 minute wait for the elevator daily. The facility was crowded which negatively impacted our trip. Also, the condo wasn't cleaned properly, there were blood stained linens on one bed. Housekeeping changed the sheets, but overall our trip was okay.
