A wonderful relaxing family holiday perfect for a group ranging from a 4 year old to an 80 year old, great selection of food especially breakfasts. Staff were very helpful and friendly.

The local people are amazing, their customer service is second to none and they make you feel right at home. The facilities are great, the activities kept the kids going and options of food were also great, especially with the different themed nights for dinner.

There are some parts that are a little run down as you can see this and need a renovation. The spa being under construction was a little disappointing as the massage was done in another room with other guests getting a massage in the same room which killed the vibe.

The staff were very friendly

When we arrived the rooms were overbooked and we had to move to the “sister” hotel for the night. Next morning, it took half the day to sort out our room. The next day we were awakened by extremely noisy renovation works happening in the room next door. Drills and hammers all day. Guests should not be given rooms next door to noisy works. All means in the buffet were lukewarm from breakfast to dinners. Nothing was hot. Food was tasty though.
