Spacious. Not too overcrowded
Food was always on the colder side. Staff aren’t as friendly as they were 11 years ago. Older yes but younger no.

We only spent two days and the weather wasn't great but the staff were friendly, the adults only pool area was nice and our seafood platter at Wicked Walu was excellent.
The breakfast space that was set up was not sufficient for the amount of guests staying at the property. It would have also been nice to have an adults only breakfast area.

Nice atmosphere in the hotel, modern rooms, great kids club and tennis facilities
Food was awful and service average not what you expect for 5* hotel, internet limited to 3 devices, resort was 5* maybe 20 years ago not now, old needs a reno, especially ceiling in the ballroom with visible mould!! And stray cats & kittens in the resort too!
