In the resort 400 m from the centre of Montana, in a sunny position, excellent location: right in the centre but still quiet, 1 km from the lake, 900 m from the skiing area, in a cul-de-sac, south facing position. In the house: lift, storage room for skis, central heating system, drying room. Parking (limited number of spaces) at the house, public car park at 300 m, extra. Shop 500 m, supermarket 550 m, restaurant 500 m, bakery 550 m, 7 minute walk to the centre, bus stop "Victoria" 400 m, railway station "Funiculaire Montana Gare" 950 m, bathing lake "Moubra" 1.6 km, lake Grenon 1 km. Golf course (18 hole) 2.1 km, skisport facilities 900 m, ice rink 700 m. Well-known lakes can easily be reached: Lac de la Moubra 1.6 km, Etang Long 2.1 km. Please note: ski bus (free of charge).
