In the house: lift, storage room for skis, central heating system. Parking (limited number of spaces) at the house. Shop 1.8 km, supermarket 2 km, restaurant 1.8 km, bakery 2 km, bus stop "Crans-Montana, Montagnette" 50 m, railway station "Funiculaire Montana Gare" 950 m, grass beach "Moubra" 900 m, bathing lake "Moubra" 900 m. Golf course (18 hole) 3 km, tennis 1 km, indoor tennis centre 1 km, riding stable 240 m, skisport facilities 1.6 km, cross country ski track 900 m. Well-known lakes can easily be reached: Etang Long 2.5 km, Lac Grenon 2.3 km. Please note: ski bus (free of charge). Additional accommodations can be booked. The building was built on a sloping lot. Floors are handled as levels counted from the residence floor.
