Un grand merci à toute l’équipe de l’hôtel pour votre accueil, votre professionnalisme et votre réactivité. Malgré quelques difficultés au début du séjour, vous avez su prendre notre demande au sérieux et trouver rapidement une solution. Un remerciement tout particulier à la personne du Guest Relations MOUNA qui nous a accueillis et accompagnés, pour sa gentillesse, son écoute, sa disponibilité et son professionnalisme. Nous avons vraiment apprécié son attention et les efforts faits pour que notre séjour se passe dans les meilleures conditions. Grâce à vous, nous avons pu profiter pleinement de nos vacances en famille. Très bon séjour, nous recommandons cet établissement et lui donnons une très bonne note. Merci encore à toute l’équipe !
