Great facilities, great location
Some trashy guests smoking weed and getting drunk at the pool, it's not the hotel's fault but it does impact use of the facilities

Has an adjoining restaurant serving large food portions. Resort is well laid out with abundant trees, shrubs etc.
Pool water is a little cold, probably due to being fairly shaded

Nothing jumped out at me.
Leaving 500 baht deposit for the liberty of having a door entry pass to enter my room, first time in my life I’ve been asked to do this, the list on the back of the room door of fines you can incur in the room, I’m on holiday not in prison, if you don’t like guests in your hotel find a different business to be in, no wonder it’s empty!!
