Hotel Lido Thassos

Hotelul arata foarte bine.Camera este curata. Prosoapele au fost schimbate,o zi da,unu nu. In fiecare zi intrau in canera si aranjau paturile si camera.

Lenjeria nu a foat schimbata niciodata. Sejurul a avut 7 zile.

Very centrally located, with private parking, which is a real premium in Thassos. The hotel has great facilities, including a swimming pool. The water was a bit cold during our stay, but in summer it would be perfect for a quick dip to cool off. There was also a beautiful-looking garden, though it was still being prepared for the season while we were there. I’m sure it will create a lovely atmosphere for enjoying a drink on warm summer nights. The cleanliness of the hotel deserves a paragraph of its own. I have to admit, it was immaculate — not a speck of dust anywhere, and certainly not the kind of quick two-minute mop job you often find in other places.

Honestly, there was very little to dislike. If I had to mention one small thing, it would be that it would have been nice to have a few more tea bags and instant coffee sachets in the room. Other than that, everything was excellent.

The hotel is close to many restaurants, we were glad to see that we have air conditioning in the room.

Unfortunately there were many things that we didn't like about the hotel. The first thing would be the acces to the pool, at the reception when we arrived, we were informed that we have access to the pool only between 13 and 18. Another unpleasant thing was the access to the garden. They have an amazing garden, but during the evening and night, apparently you can't enjoy it. Around 20 or 21 me and my friends decided to go to the garden to eat some sweets we bought, we sat a table and then a lady came to tell us that we can stay there only for the next 15 minutes, until she finishes watering the flowers. In our minds we were like "what have we paid for?". Of course we didn't wait for those 15 minutes to pass and we went to our rooms. Another upsetting ting was the fact that when we first entered our room everything was clean except the besides which were dusty, we couldn't believe it. One more thing I have to mention is the breakfast, which was probably the most disappointing. We stayed here for an entire week and got bored of it very quick because it never changed. Every morning you had to choose between a few types of meet, three to be more specific, boiled eggs or omelette, same tomatoes salad every morning and the worst of the worst is that they use the remaining tomatoes from today for the salad for tomorrow morning. We felt that, shame on you! The coffee was poor, as well as the orange juice.
