    We had a great stay at JW Marriott Shenzhen. The hotel itself is lovely, with a convenient location and a very comfortable environment. During our stay, we encountered a leaking issue in the bathroom, but the team handled it exceptionally well. Eden at reception was incredibly helpful - she quickly took ownership of the situation, kept us informed, and kindly arranged a complimentary room upgrade for us. The whole process was smooth and stress-free, which we really appreciated. Martin at reception was also very attentive and welcoming, making us feel well taken care of throughout our stay. Overall, we were very impressed by the service and hospitality. The team truly made a difference to our experience. We would definitely recommend this hotel and look forward to staying here again.

    The room is big, the bed is comfortable, and surprisingly the staff allow me to checkout late. It is a good experience overall!

    Below our expectations. Room was full of smoke smell. Managed to change a room at higher floor but furnitures were old. Many stone chipped and cracked in bathroom. Size of room is good though. But will not stay again.
