Staff were very friendly and helpful and the hotel was very clean. Our rooms were a really good size and had fantastic city views. The female concierge, Sara, was wonderful and very helpful.
Very little but if I had to choose anything it would be the little touches that we’ve experienced at previous hotels during turndown that didn’t happen here.

Was able to check in at 1.00 pm instaed of 3.00 pm
Bathroom had no standalone shower but shower over the tub. Also very cramped access to bathroom. No option to change laundry/sheets every day
