Family house of 100 m2, pleasant and very sunny, located near the center of La Teste, in a residential area, close to all amenities (market, supermarket, local shops ...). Opposite the cycle tracks which will lead you to the beaches of Arcachon, ocean, to the oyster ports and to the dune of Pyla.
On the ground floor, living-dining room with fully equipped American kitchen, small veranda, linen room, wc.
Upstairs 3 bedrooms the first with a 160 cm bed, the second with 2 90 cm beds, the third with 2 90 cm pull-out beds, shower room with wc.
Garden with enclosed terrace and not overlooked, garden furniture, plancha and swing.

Two terraces, beautiful garden, new bathroom with big shower, furniture "style flea market" but complete. Owners live in attached flat/extension but are easy-going. Car utile to go to the nice beaches, especially with children (quite far and hilly by bike).

la maison est très confortable, le jardin/terrasse très agréable, les prestations de qualité et la proximité avec le centre-ville de La Teste est un vrai plus. Nous avons passé un excellent séjour. Hôte accueillante, chaleureuse et disponible.
