Not the typical Courtyard Marriot that I am used too; glad I was there for only a few hours.

Breakfast was good, but the restaurant was closed, had to sit in a booth next to the bar and reception area. Booth was OK, but the table was small and there was dust under the television in the booth; looked like it had not been cleaned in years.

Pretty much everything, except the breakfast, which was good. on Booking.com the room was listed as a double room with double beds, but the details specifically stated a King bed. I called after i booked the reservation and confirmed with the hotel reception that it was indeed a king bed. We arrived after 1:00 am, because we went to a Christmas Party in the vicinity and were given room 269 with 2 double beds, the room smelled damp and musty. They did give us another room (286) that was better, but no coffee as advertised. Looks like a hotel that Marriot bought and is currently renovating.

El hotel no está abierto, está en remodelacion, no debería estar en booking

El alojamiento estaba en remodelación desde tiempo atrás (eso nos dijo una empleada), así que no hay nada que me haya gustado del hotel

Nos enviaron al Hotel Tollocan, el cual no quiso respetar lo que previamente nos habían ofrecido como compensación por las molestias, pese a que nos trasladaron a un lugar ubicado a media hora más lejos del área que habíamos solicitado y no nos informaron que el hotel se encontraba en remodelación. Consideramos que este hotel no debería estar disponible en Booking. La cancelación no era una opción viable, ya que nos dieron múltiples evasivas: aseguraban que ya estaba realizada, pero cuando solicitábamos un comprobante nos decían que no podían imprimirlo. En realidad, la cancelación no se había hecho y únicamente pretendían cobrarnos sin brindar el servicio correspondiente.

Es un buen hotel, internet y confort excelentes para mis necesidades.

Mi llave tuvo un problema y no servía y, al mismo tiempo, la chapa de la puerta nunca cerró. Lo reporté y me apoyaron pero estuve con temor un buen rato.

El hotel está muy bonito y limpio, sobre todo el desayuno con mucha variedad, volvería a regresar.
