The Farm House is a charming and fully self-contained four-bedroom farmhouse situated next to a heated indoor swimming pool, perfect for a relaxing getaway. Offering stunning views of the valley (please note, no ocean views), this property is just a short 550-meter walk to the beach. The outdoor area features a Weber BBQ and a fully enclosed yard, making it ideal for families and pets.
The Farm House can comfortably accommodate up to 8 guests, with a bedding configuration that includes two bedrooms with king beds and two bedrooms with two single beds in each.
During your stay at our Great Ocean Road accommodation, you will have full access to our range of facilities, including the indoor heated communal pool, an organic vegetable garden, and fresh, free-range eggs from our chook shed.

Place is great for a weekend away with extended family. Pool was a big hit and beds very comfortable.

Loved this property. We kept our food scraps to feed the chickens, we picked some superb herbs to make our dinners just that bit "fancier". Late summer would be perfect to take advantage of the Orchard's produce. Our dog loved this backyard, he loves to play fetch, so we had plenty of room for him to exercise. We were within walking distance to the beach for our human exercise too. And as long as we were not disturbing our "Valley" stay neighbours, we also enjoyed a stroll in the nearby gardens admiring the work that has gone into them. It was exactly what we needed. I would definitely consider a winter stay here too.

Everything we needed for a family holiday. The house was spotless, nice and cozy with fire nad split system. We hope to be back

Enjoyed the stay. Would have given a higher rating but for three things.
1) the price hike for cup weekend. Not sure why properties do this, I don't believe it costs more to have people stay during peak times.
2) the floor was not clean. We didn't wear shoes inside and our feet got dirty upon arrival. My daughter started to wear socks to keep her feet clean. The floor needs a proper clean.
3) the constant reminder to keep the place clean (especially since we had a dog) was stressful.
Saying that, the property and location is great. Easy walk to the beach. Pool is good. Great to be able to take our dog to the national park.
Suggestion for people going - take books / games. There are none in the house.
