Castilla Termal Solares

Staff were extremely helpful, spa was lovely. Breakfast was possibly one of the best ever enjoyed in any hotel

Cleaning of surfaces and furniture in public areas needed attention

it is quiet

The rooms conditions do not correspond to a 200/night hotel. The sauna is not included in the spa visit, which is very strange... that was the only reason I came there... Also, keep in mind that the parking garage access is an extra fee, which the front desk does not notify you of.

Very comfortable bedrooms and beds Very clean Beautiful decoration Fabulous, extensive buffet breakfast Wonderful round swimming pool with whirlpools and massage jets We didn’t know it was possible to book a special Roman baths part of the pool area, but this looked lovely. Very friendly welcome. Very good location: 15-20 mins drive from the Cabarceno animal park

Car park (outside) was quite a long walk from the hotel, especially in the dark, in a big area, tarmac and gravel, quite run down - very surprising in view of the luxury status of the hotel. Parking was possible underground, but quite expensive.

The spa area

I did not like The facilities that was offer for the money Room very basic and minimalistic nothing on bed apart from pillow and sheets ( no blanket or bed cover, cushion just nothing) and for 220£ for 1 night you would expect water, coffee or tea in the room ( there was only 2 small bottles of water on the mini fridge with a cost of £1.50 per bottle) nothing else avaliable to purshairse The bathroom is very dated ( bath with a shower head ( no water pressure) very old ( cracked sink, dirty corners on bathroom) just not to great standards Not to mension it was a very noisy stay ( furniture being Dragged around on the floor above, as children running and shouting very late at night. Not a truly good stay.
