Castilla Termal Solares

Excellent parking facilities, enough space to park our 6.5m motorhome in the front car park. Choice of the food and drinks at the breakfast buffet was excellent. The spa/pool was a great place to relax.

I liked the ease of access and the overall building.

Toilet was too cramped.

I loved the spa it was relaxing and beautiful! Breakfast was also very good with a nice variety of options.

Two thing I can mention is that in the lobby they use a perfume that smells nice at first, but it’s a bit too strong. After a few minutes, the fragrance becomes overwhelming and makes me not want to stay there for long. The other thing was that I was a bit disappointed because the AC in the bedroom was turned off. I had to call the front desk three different times to ask them to turn it on. They eventually did, but it was frustrating to have to keep calling each time.

The spa area

I did not like The facilities that was offer for the money Room very basic and minimalistic nothing on bed apart from pillow and sheets ( no blanket or bed cover, cushion just nothing) and for 220£ for 1 night you would expect water, coffee or tea in the room ( there was only 2 small bottles of water on the mini fridge with a cost of £1.50 per bottle) nothing else avaliable to purshairse The bathroom is very dated ( bath with a shower head ( no water pressure) very old ( cracked sink, dirty corners on bathroom) just not to great standards Not to mension it was a very noisy stay ( furniture being Dragged around on the floor above, as children running and shouting very late at night. Not a truly good stay.
