All the staff I interacted with was fantastic and approachable, location is great, value for money is incredible!

Hotel was lovely when you walked into reception, but rooms were really in need off a make over.Walls were badly needing painting no wardrobe doors,Bathrooms need a good paint and tiles done Balconies need a good paint .1 room we had was smashed glass panels on balcony

Just the rooms everything else was nice

We had a great week here, but there were positives and negatives. Positives - the food was great. There was a good selection and it was delicious. There was a good variety of drinks in the all inclusive menu and the bar staff were friendly. The view from our balcony was really lovely and the location was great, being a short walk from the town and beach. Negatives - there were things advertised that were not available, for example snacks between meal times being able to use the facilities at other hotels. The pools were absolutely freezing. Too cold to enjoy. They could do with heating their pools really. Overall, a lovely stay.

Location was excellent and entertainment programme was good. Staff very pleasant to deal with 😀

The beds were probably the most uncomfortable beds I have ever had in a hotel to be honest. Mattress extremely uncomfortable- all 3 of us had sore backs. Then the sun loungers had no cushions again very uncomfortable. The bedroom was extremely basic and a far cry from the photos online. The bathroom was dirty, wood around door sink and bath black areas of moisture and just rotting wood badly needs an up cycle! The food that was being cooked to the right of entrance to dining room was lovely and very hot the other food in center of dining room was cold and often not great quality, but there was enough choices to avoid this. Desserts not great choice.
