We arrived to do a bicycle event and the Staff, particularly Ana, was very helpful and spoke good English to help us store our bicycles and get us checked in. The rooms were clean and comfortable.
There water pressure in the shower wasn't strong.

Very modern, pleasant staff
Poor restaurant facilities, no atmosphere, short menu for such a large hotel . Shortage of electricity points in bedroom.
