The staff were so nice and welcoming, especially as we had had a bad experience with our flight. They were so helpful.
The room was clean, tidy and spacious. Great bathroom and shower was fantastic with nice products.
Liked the water left for us too.
Nice room temperature.
Coffee/cappuccino was great in the morning that the lady made us at breakfast.
The breakfast hot area was hard to use, had to lift heavy lids off pots and there was no room to place plates or the lids.
Nespresso coffee machine wasn't the easiest to operate.
Food quality and choice needs improvement.

Beds are comfy and the room size is good. Everything was clean. Hotel 10min walk from the Fira and 20min by bus from the airport.
Simple breakfast, there could have been a bigger choice of fruit, hot food, breads. Cakes were not homemade but frozen.
The gym is super tiny, with hardly any machines or weights.
Staff speak bad to no English.
