Location, rooms are clean, good breakfast, front desk staff are nice and helpful

Nothing much really, could have extra drinking water arrangements

The room was very large and clean. the bed very comfortable. Breakfast was a great choice and the best scrambled eggs I have had in a very long time.

A large pink lit up sign is over the building. However, there is no hotel entrance underneath but a casino (with very grumpy employees). The entrance to the hotel was quite a way along the building in a corner with just a tiny sign FH above it. At the very least there could be a sign by the casino pointing hotel guests in the right direction. The hotel itself looked very dated inside, the lift was at the end of a very long corridor which you had to walk every time you came home. On two nights there was a lot of noise outside: 1) a lawn strimmer started at 6.10 in the morning right outside all the windows and carried on for nearly two hours. The next night, there seemed a large group of people settled outside, laughing and talking at 3.30 in the morning. They might have been from the casino. Either way, I would have expected the night porter to go outside and try to put an end to it.

Nice, spacious room

I left my phone charger, despite calling the same day they said the cleaning service didn’t find it. So I guess the cleaning service took it :(
