Lack of air conditioning, the room was too hot.

Great locality, nice staff, perfectly clean hotel, nice vicinity, comfy hotel close to München.

Irressistible overheated air in the room 101 (west side probably ?), felt like no air in the evening nor coolling down during the night but it is perhaps the hot weather cirmustances..., so no clue whether other sides of the building are less hot.

Everything went well. Having the suite was a huge luxury. Everything was well kept and clean, the finishes were new, no signs af any wear and tear. Lovely buffet breakfast with enough variety to suit everyone’s tastes and preferences. Delicious apples at the reception desk had me visiting regularly. A short walk to my conference venue made it the ideal location too. I hope to be back sometime.

I cannot fault anything, no improvements to suggest. I would have liked to stay longer!

Modern roomsWe had an overall pleasant stay at this hotel. The room was modern, clean, and well maintained. The breakfast was excellent, with a wide variety of fresh fruits and vegetables, cereals, cold cuts, cheeses, and a full English breakfast including scrambled eggs, beans in tomato sauce, sausages, as well as several local specialties. The staff was very friendly and helpful. We especially appreciated that although we arrived several hours before the official check-in time, they managed to find us a room so we could check in early. Unfortunately, the first room we received was south-facing and became extremely hot during the day. Since Munich was experiencing temperatures close to 40°C during our stay, it was almost impossible to sleep. We asked to change rooms the next day, and the staff kindly accommodated our request. The second room had a fan, which made a difference and was more comfortable.

The main downside is the location. The hotel is about a 20-minute walk from the nearest S-Bahn station, which can be inconvenient, especially in hot weather. We found that taking an Uber to the station was a practical solution and cost around €10. Another thing to keep in mind is that the rooms have neither air conditioning nor a refrigerator. This may not be an issue most of the year, but during unusually hot summer days it can make the stay less comfortable.Overall, I would recommend this hotel for its modern rooms, excellent breakfast, and friendly staff, but if you’re visiting during the summer, be aware that the lack of air conditioning could be a challenge.
