A small suggestion- There could have been more info on things to do in the area or towns to walk to nearby.

Top super clean relaxing staff friendly and professional. We came back to same hotel before leaving, the accommodate a couple extra hours and we will come back next year for longer stay

Outdoor pool is lovely and the room was very comfortable. Reception staff very polite and helpful
Long delays in the bar to get served. Could have done with an info book in the room to explain meal options etc

The location is great and it’s a good place for kids
The ac was not working at all and it was 36 degrees outside, it was torture to stay for 3 days without ac. Communication between front desk and restaurants inside the hotel does not exist. We were told we didn’t need to reserve twice in different days and ended up without a table. The hotel is big but does not have structure to support a crowded weekend.
