The property was close to our conference which was very handy.

Need updates in the room eg, bathroom needs renovation. There was a musky smell in the room. One of the lift was a bit scary with the shaking and then it was blocked off for repairs. There was no room service for food after 9pm.

A special mention to staff members Albert and Ussy who are friendly and professional who made my stay like home. I regularly stay at VISY and happy every time. Renovations upstairs are going ahead but I find the cleanliness of the rooms and decor just fine. Plenty of transport options accross the road regarding buses and metro. Nearby cafes including the Hills showground village shops a bus ride away. FYI Catch the 730 bus. Quiet place to stay and relaxing and convenient. HAPPY 😊

Couldn’t get the room warm enough in winter weather

The room was comfortable, and the bed provided a good night's sleep. However, I felt that the front desk staff could have been more friendly and welcoming. Unfortunately, they did not demonstrate the level of warmth and hospitality I would expect, which detracted from the overall guest experience. A more personable and welcoming approach would make a significant difference

I was very disappointed with my recent stay at Visy Dior Hotel because they have now started charging guests for car parking. I have stayed at this hotel several times in the past and complimentary parking was always included, which was one of the reasons I chose to return. The introduction of parking fees for hotel guests is extremely disappointing and significantly reduces the value of staying at the property. As a frequent guest, this change has negatively impacted my overall experience. I am planning another trip in November for approximately four nights, but due to these additional parking charges, I will seriously reconsider booking this hotel again and may look at alternative accommodation options that offer complimentary guest parking.
