Location and free underground parking

The price for an Old and tired facility that didn’t smell or feel clean when stepping out of the ancient lift. Kitchen wasn’t clean - everything was greasy & had no forks in the draw so I had to use my own - dustpan stored directly next to the dish drainer😶 dish towel which was meant to be clean - smelt & felt fowl did wipe hands or use it. Older style spring mattress had fist size hole in it & no mattress protector was used. Larger vehicles need to park directly in front of auto gates as internal card reader has a narrow dog legged exit that makes navigating a big vehicle difficult without damage to both vehicle & building. Car park not exclusively used by guests.

Enough parking but if you’re leaving and drop your keys off before you open the door you’re stuck.

Staff were friendly. Location near public transport and local cafes

Was not aware of the hotel going through renovations until my arrival. Could have supplied bottled water and toothpaste.
