House was clean, plenty of room for everyone to be comfortable (party of 8), beds comfy, short driving distance to everything in Bar Harbor and Acadia. Huge plus for us: parking on property for all 4 cars, loved the seclusion and beautiful tress around the home and the screened in porch, was very happy there were a couple fans in the house. The house was missing a couple of amenities, blender and there is no hot tub we were all pretty disappointed about that, but we got over it.

Super all around. Maggie is great to work with. There was one minor maintenance problem which she attended to immediately. I’d love to come again!
