very whitewashed, needs to embrace the local/Caribbean vibes especially music in the pool/general areas.

The resort had all amenities that you did not need to leave the premises. There are multiple restaurants in walking distance for other options. There is a mini market very near for food and supplies that may be needed. Prices in the resort restaurant and quality of food was very reasonable.
The beach to the water edge was very poor. Fully cluttered with seaweed and very difficult to avoid. I mean...mounts of seaweed. The beach front itself was clean and well organized.

The location and view were excellent
My expectation of the room facilities were very disappointing.
Very basic facilities for such an expensive room.
Plus we had to pay extra for a microwave.
Paper cups
Room was not cleaned on a regular basis.
Had to ask for clean towels.
Attitude of some of the staff was very negative.
Toilet got blocked several times.
Patio door did not lock properly.
Air-conditioning leaks constantly.
