It’s a nice hotel with very nice staff. The bar is open 24/7, which is nice. It’s close to the Midi station and the city center.
I don’t know why the location is so glossed over in other reviews. We were borderline afraid to go back to the hotel in the evening. Hooded youths blocking the streets, trash everywhere, loud hip hop music. This could be a 5 star hotel and I would not give it more than 5/10 because of that.

The accommodation was great, the rooms were comfy and the breakfast was nice
we were a group travelling together, it was a shame the dining area closed at three

Nice staff and close to public transport. Breakfast was okay for the cost of the hotel
The room shown to me on the booking was bigger, my room was a closet. The first night room got really cold, there was no thermostat in the room .

Comfortable, good price and very friendly staff. Within walking distance of the city center.
The area of the city around the hotel was quite dirty.

Beautiful hotel very calming atmosphere from the moment we stepped foot in the door. Was surprised how different it was from the street it is situated on. Very comfy bed but pillows were too soft for us and no option to add another
There is no air con. We were on the 3rd floor and was warm from the moment we arrived. We left the window open while we went out in the evening. The window did not open very wide and there was little breeze with it being 17 degrees Celsius outside. A phone call was made to reception and they delivered a fan which was much needed and they were very helpful to resolve this.

Didn’t pre book breakfast, glad we didn’t, but the €5.50 for a coffee and croissant was ok
The underground car park is essential. No safe parking nearby. We got a space ok on arrival but you should be able to rebook.

No drinking water in the room, paid extra for the parking

Staff were so helpful!
Close to city centre
Area has lots of rubbish but we did find this across Brussels a lot so not fault of the hotel!

Great location, clean rooms, attentive house keeping, nice beers in the bar, cute decor, safe in the room and good value for money.
no fridge or kettle. No aircon but they did provide a big fan in the room.

Very friendly staff, beautiful and interesting artwork and furniture in the lobby area, comfortable and beautifully decorated room, very clean. Room to the back of the building was super quiet. Great choice of small and large breakfast. The hotel close to the city center, easy walking distance. We came by car and were grateful for the hotel’s own parking garage.
Nothing to do with the hotel, but more with its location: The streets immediately surrounding the hotel were among the dirtiest that we encountered in the city.

Smart looking hotel throughout, nice sized rooms, very clean. Breakfast was great, lots of options.
It was extremely hot outside 38 degrees +, so air conditioning in the bedrooms would have made the stay better, but the hotel had provided a large fan, which helped greatly, but was noisy during the night.

Stylish, cosy interior. Really liked the exposed brickwork, steam punk lights, books to browse and relaxation area. Breakfast was very good and worth the price.
A fridge in the bedroom would have been useful. Pictures on the bedroom wall would have cheered up the room.

The hotel is new and very stylish. Facilities are great and the staff are very friendly.
The location of the hotel is possible a little unsafe.

I loved the breakfast! It was simple but delicious, fresh and healthy. Everyday there was a fresh smoothie of different kind. I also liked the organic jams and Belgian waffles! I definitely recommend it saves a lot of hassle.
The staff was very attentive and helpful, definitely the biggest advantage! I felt welcomed and it made my stay there a lot better :)
The room is quite basic but very functional with a very good shower so it was a nice surprise!
The hotel is very close to the city centre so it's a big plus too. The walk there was alright and pleasant :)
- soundproofing. I could hear people walking above me. However, in comparison to hotels in the UK at least I didn't hear anyone so the soundproofing is not too bad.
- a walk to Clemenceau station. It seemed a bit doggy at times but if you're going mostly to the city centre it's not a problem.
- lack of a fridge and a kettle
- toiletries. I tend to have dry hands so the soap wasn't gentle on them.

LOVED the bar/restaurant service, tasty breakfast and chilled vibe of the place. The bed was super comfy and the room was nice and dark for sleeping. The chef, Mimoun, cooked up a delicious meal for dinner even though it was close to closing time and Sarah on the desk was incredibly helpful too. To be honest, all the staff were an absolute pleasure to talk to.
The local area surrounding the hotel was the only downside to be honest. But I understand that this is well out of the hotel team's control.

Lovely hotel, great staff. Secure parking, if a bit expensive
Nothing they can do about it, but Anderlecht is literally the most disgusting dump I’ve witnessed in my 25 years of living in five different countries in Europe. Absolutely disgusting and I could understand why some may not feel safe in that area

The staff were all very friendly and helpful. We could walk 10 minutes to a Lidl supermarket and walk to the city in about 20 minutes.
The neighbourhood was a bit sketchy and the taxi driver said as much. We didn’t feel unsafe though.

Convenient location near the Brussels Midi station for Eurostar. Big, comfortable family room. Nice park next door for the children to play in. Friendly staff. Handy left luggage room.
The food in the restaurant could have been better.
10.0 / 10.0
The room was clean and the beds were comfortable. The staff were lovely. The location provided easy access to the Grand Square and to Midi Train Station. The building was fully accessible for my mobility-impaired mom (no steps to get into the building and a good size lift.)
The room did not have any efficient place to put luggage, not even a luggage rack. The doors to the bathroom/toilet are heavy.

The neighbourhood felt a bit strange but it’s very close to the train station and to the city centre

The breakfast is fine. The bedroom is quiet and well lit. The hotel location is near to the Grand Place, so I could easily walk there.
Nothing I can remember.

Great hotel for men. You can get there from Brussels midi station on foot in 15 minutes. There is a good seafood restaurant just around the corner and it’s worth trying when you stay there.
Like other people said, the area is not clean. It’s not dangerous but the atmosphere feels uneasy for women.

nothing.
the temperature in the hotel room is very cold. For several hours, the hotel employees "tried" to make the heat work. some incompetents, one of the employees at the reception is very rude. he offered me an extra blanket to compensate for the lack of heat in the hotel room. after at least two hours, it came with a defective air heater stuck with scotch tape, which also only worked for 5 minutes and then stopped. do not recommend anyone to stay at this hotel. I recommend the hotel management to change the incompetent and impertinent employees. I recommend booking.com to check more intensively the properties listed on this site.

The hotel was pleasant, well-connected to the train station (a 20-minute walk) and a 20-minute walk to the city center. The room was spacious, with a very nice shower.
Unfortunately, the neighborhood where the hotel is situated is a bit rough and quite dirty. I didn't feel safe walking around at night and wouldn't recommend it based on the location.

The location was relatively close the the Midi Station which was good since I arrived by the Euro Star. The hotel was clean and the room in which I stayed was refurbished. The bed was comfy. The staff was friendly and helpful. The Bathroom was also clean.
The free Wi-Fi was horrible. The speed was capped at 1.4Mbps (not MB/s) which for 2024 is much too slow. Because of the extremely low Internet speed the web pages barely loaded. I know that you don't go to a hotel mainly to use its Internet connection but still it is pathetic to offer such a slow speed to customers in 2024. The speed should be raised at least at 10Mbps, the bare minimum required to use the Internet decently.
Also the road from the station to the hotel was not very nice. There was a lot of trash lying on the street.

it was pretty clean & the family room we got was fantastic.
There was no kettle to boil water. We had to come down to the reception to ask for hot water. We were informed that we could get hot water anytime. However, that wasn’t the case. On one occasion I was told that I would be charged for hot water and on the other occasion I was told that there would be no hot water after 11:00 pm.
Pretty disappointed.
