I booked with twins bed request. The frontdesk confirmed my request again when we checked in. I got a king bed which we do not mind since we are siblings and only for a night. When we were in the room, a random guy opened our door with his room key and we were shocked. Apparently the frontdesk mistakenly gave the access to another guest. The room itself is good and location is just next to train station.

An outstanding stay at Pillows City Hotel Brussels Centre. The reception team set the tone immediately with an exemplary welcome—professional, warm, and efficient. A lovely personal touch awaited in the room: a handwritten welcome message accompanied by a box of delicious speculoos biscuits, which made the arrival feel genuinely special. The room itself was spotless throughout the stay thanks to excellent daily housekeeping, which was both consistent and meticulous.
Another detail I greatly appreciated was the in-room coffee machine, with a thoughtful mix of regular and decaf capsules that were replenished daily—something many hotels overlook. The only very minor quibble is that the bathroom provides a traditional soap bar rather than liquid hand-wash gel, which I personally find more convenient for hand washing. Aside from that small point, everything about the stay was first-rate and I would happily return.

Hotel is nice, meets its purpose. Very good location, the lighting in the room was not good. Needs better lighting.
