The stay was pleasant, but improved soundproofing or soft-closing doors would greatly enhance the experience.

Lots of parking. Clean, modern rooms - very spacious, comfortable bed. Restaurant in the hotel is very handy, lots of choices at breakfast - including gluten free options.

I was woken up during the night by other guests walking past the room, talking loudly, and closing doors quite forcefully. It would be great if there were a mechanism to prevent the doors from shutting so loudly.

Easy stop for travel down south.

Easy off and on the highway for our travels, parking at the room which was nice and comfortable.

The location was a little off, but the property grounds were well kept.

Breakfast is NOT fabulous at all

I liked that I could park outside the room and enter the room from outside. But that's all...

The breakfast was not "fabulous" as Booking was saying, but actually very poor. Very few items and all the cheapest products: one type of cheese (swiss cheese), 2-3 types of bacon and salami, some omelette, boiled eggs and sausages and that was all the savory (salty) breakfast. Just a small table. The sweet things were also not so many. No fruits at all, other than apples, not fresh juices. The teas were again the cheapest brand, Primia. I would not get breakfast if that would be possible. And in the bathroom we had only 2 miniscule plastic bottles for the soap, like in the cheap hotels. Very little and very hard to use them. Fix the breakfast and install some soap and shower gel dispensers that you can fill in...

An acceptable choice only for a night

The hotel has beautiful gardens. The location was okey.

This hotel is a hotel for tourists traveling in busses. We stay for two nights and every day they have two to three busses, with all the commotion that it creates to have so many persons at once’s. The selection and the food are not good. Our bathroom has a mold smell from the drains.

Nice place to sleep that’s all, the room was ok parking was available, this hotel for old people who wants quiet hotel to sleep or business people just to stop for one night then go it wasn’t a good experience for me

First of all the breakfast was poor and the room was ok parking was available but the staff were fighting around 8pm at the reception area the manager ( owner) with the guy working at the reception

A bucolic place by the lake

Great place near the Lake Varese. They have a huge parking and a spectacular garden where you can take a bike and explore the surroundings.

Perfect for a business trip

Easy access, everything is in one floor, no need to take the elevator, I was able to see my car from my rooms window. The breakfast was very good. Nice people.

A change of phase from what you are used too!

The stay was great! The staff was very nice and helpful, both in the reception and in the restaurant. The lobby is very uniquely decorated and the yard outside is beautiful! You can park your car right next to your room since all the rooms are on the bottom floor which was very convenient.

The hotel's restaurant is very mediocre - the food served was badly plated, the hamburger meat was dry and overcooked, and the desert felt like it was just taken out of the freezer and heated in the microwave. The shower drain was clogged in the middle of the night, too late to tell anyone before leaving to the airport. The air conditioner heating does not apply to more than 23 degrees which was also a bummer although we were given an extra blanket. This is not a romantic hotel for a couple but a great one to come if you are looking for a place to lay down for the night.

The hotel in general was very decent. We stayed for a night on the way home to Zurich, we enjoyed our stay. Parking, environment, the zone in general - everything was good

The rooms were clean and well maintained. Easy to park at the door. Food was fine and a nice little bar for a nightcap. The staff were friendly and efficient.

Internet was not reliable. I get the idea of the key cards that shut down your room to save power when you're not there, but there should be one live outlet for charging devices.

A great hotel. basic but very very good

the exterior design and the garden are beautiful. the breakfast, the room and the in general the hotel are basic but very good. All the hotel is one floor and every room has a back entrance with a parking. Lake Varese is in walking distance and I spent my mornings running there.

The location of the hotel is amazing since it is not very far away from the city however far enough to be calm and very relaxing. The nature around the hotel and the design of the property is relaxing and aesthetically pleasing. I recommend this property for couples and business men looking to have relaxing night. The breakfast was also very good and included salty and sweet breakfast for the preferences of the customers.

The rooms are lovely, very confortable beds and beautifully clean linen.

Shame about the restaurant. Evening menu limited for none meat eaters and sadly the salad wasn't fresh but the breakfast was a good selection of meat and cheese / breads.
