All the staff were all so nice and welcoming making the experience in the hotel feel way better
If I had to say anything it would be how the pool and some facilities are not within the hotel but are fairly close and very nice

The location was perfect, especially travelling with children. Plenty of food places on offer and plenty to do.
The only issue we faced was the mattress, it was a bit on the softer side most likely due to wear and tear.

The staff was polite and well trained
The breakfast was overall bad and not really tastefull (big inconvenience)
My room was humid and damp, there was always a smell of humidty inside (big inconvenience)
the hotel has 7 floors and two elevators only (minor inconvenience)
