Very central, and easy access. The building is all renovated so good to stay

The hostel is very close to the tram stop Prinsengracht (Lines 2, 12 and 17), which allows you to easily access the Centraal Station and touristic spots like the Rijksmuseum or De Pijp. The staff is very kind and always happy to chat a little bit with you. Tikka, the house cat, is always happy to be the center of attention. If you're lucky she'll show you and let her pet her belly. While their kitchen lacks a stove, they have a fridge, a microwave and cutlery you can use for free. They will keep your luggage for free until 6PM on the day of your checkout.

Going outside alone at night nearly guarantees you to have at least one person trying to talk to you and not taking "no" for an answer. Try not to stay alone outside at night if you're a female traveller, or go sit next to the canal a few metres away. The mattress is thin and very small. I'm not that tall (172cm) and my feet would stick out of the bed. I was on the bottom bunk and could clearly feel the floor below me. The floor in the rooms isn't the cleanest, everything else is ok.

I resrved almost 2 month ago and I had to sleep on the 3rd floor bench on the last floor, it was an unfortunate climbing every time. When I asked the girl at the front office she say the hostel was full book, In reality was full of botton or middle bench bad in mine and other rooms during all my stay, and this made me a bit upset. Locker are almost usless and there is no space for laugage or a jacket older to stack things
