Location was great

No one met us at the property when we arrived. It was hard to figure out parking, entrance etc. many phone calls later ( with very limited English) they finally explained us where to park and where the apartment is. It was not very clean: the garbage from previous tenants was there and when we complained they told us where to dispose garbage. In the draws there were pieces of food which were not cleaned for some time. It took us many phone calls to the owners to be able to find things in the room. Everything was outdated, the shower doors were leaking. It was stated, that the breakfast is available but no one offered it to us and we decided not to ask anything anymore. After our complains they brought us bottle of coke and cake to make us feel better but we were already very disappointed.
All in all it was definitely not worth the money.
