100 meters from the sea, near to kyrenia, markets, petshops, hospitals, all bed rooms with air condition + heat , air condition in sitting room as well.

Extremely well located (only 5mins from the centre or Kyrenia port -often referred to the Pearl of Cyprus), this comfortable villa is well decorated (modern with some Chypriot touches), well equipped in a unique elevated position with lovely views of the unique mountain range of North Cyprus and with attractive sea views. It is in a peaceful and green residential district (e.g. lemon tree lined cul de sac), birds chirping away, and a few local professional families. The house is on its own spacious plot with a 3 aspect mature mediterranean garden incl. a totally private main garden with seating and BBQ facing the mountains and hillside & St Hilarion castle with its nightlights, are in the foreground. The house is comfortably furnished with flat screen TVs with Sky Uk package inscluded. The lounge joins into the modern well equipped open plan kitchen. There is an ensuite bathroom to the master bedroom and a family bathroom. Outisde, by the garden, there is plenty of outdoor seating (long chairs, relaxers, chairs and parasols. There are beaches nearby (200 meters to the beautiful private beach to view fantastic sunsets, its private beach. Korenium Golf course and the more remote 'Turtle beach' of Alagadi are also within a 15-20 minutes drive. But best of all, enjoy your beautiful home in a superb Mediterranean garden with scented jasmines , roses, mix of fruit trees.

The home is spacious inside and out which provided lots of room for the five of us (two adults, two sixteen year olds and one twelve year old) to have time together and apart. The kitchen has basic housewares, plenty of storage space, etc. There is a wonderful marketplace within a 10 min walk (2 min drive) that has terrific coffee, a hot table, and groceries.
We rented a car from a boutique at the top of the street for a reasonable rate. A car is essential to being able to enjoy Kyrenia harbour and the wonderful beaches and archeological treasures of the island. You can park on the street or in the covered driveway. There is a dolmush stop at the top of the street to take you into the centre, too.
We stayed for more than two weeks during the hottest point in summer. The air conditioning units in each bedroom and the main sitting room were wonderful! We paid about 100TL extra for electricity at the end of our stay due to the cost of running them when we were using the rooms. This is a small price to pay for comfort!
The private access to the sea is a dock in a sheltered cove that is wavy and rocky, about 5 mins walk to the end of the street. Only experienced and strong swimmers could safely enjoy it. We preferred to drive out 10 mins to the gorgeous beaches in Alagadi and some beach clubs (Escape and Acapulco).
The neighbours are very nice, with cute dogs. Adil and family were extremely responsive and helpful to us during our stay!
